A cross is made and securely placed on a mountain top pointing to the exact location where Todd was killed. It remains for over one year when it is retrieved and delivered to the person who created it.

Todd's Mom, Jeanne gives the keynote address to the City of Cocoa at Riverfront Park. Her speech is in memory of Todd and all Soldiers, Airmen, Marines and Sailors who gave the ultimate Sacrifice for the freedoms of our Nation. Her series of paintings in tribute to Todd are exhibited at Cocoa's historic Porcher House and later through the month of June in Cocoa Beach. Speech
